Starting February 2, 2026 through April 2026, the restroom/shower building in campground A will be closed. A new restroom building will be installed during this timeframe. Portable restrooms will be available throughout the campground, and shower buildings in campground B and group areas will be available. Thank you for your patience as we make these park improvements for you!
First Day of Spring Hike
Catalina State Park
Friday, March 20, 2026 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Celebrate the first day of Spring on a group golden hour hike on the Sutherland Trail! Enjoy the wildflower bloom and learn about the desert on this easy Ranger-guided hike. Meet at the Trail Head Picnic Area (follow signs for Trail Head).
Program is free but standard park entry fees apply or bring your Arizona State Parks annual pass.
