Horseback Riding
Explore the trails of Catalina State Park by horseback! Equestrians love the beautiful scenery and trail options for riders of all levels. Individual equestrians are welcome to enjoy the beautiful multi-use trails at the park (see the park map and look for the shared-use trail designation; not permitted on the nature trail, birding trail, and Romero Ruin Interpretive Trail, or in picnic/camping areas or on paved roads.). An equestrian staging and camping area with 16 pens are available on a first-come, first-served basis (standard fees apply; learn more at the park's Facility Information).
