Restoration work will be ongoing at the park. All historic buildings will receive new roofs.
The main entrance and parking lot are located at 409 W Riordan Rd., two blocks east of Milton Rd. next to the NAU parking garage.

Come out to Riordan Mansion for a specialized tour that highlights the individuals that worked for the Riordans. We will discuss not only the employees that made the Arizona Lumber and Timber Company so successful, but also the domestics that worked in the house. Hear their stories about their experiences and how they contributed to the community of Flagstaff.

This tour is recommended for ages twelve and older. Space is limited, advanced ticket purchase is required. Cost $22 per person. The Mansion is festively decorated in turn-of-the-century style with wreaths, garlands, greenery and a towering fir tree trimmed with old-fashioned ornaments. Guided tours during this time include glimpses of folklore and traditions of Christmas, both past and present.
