Through early July 2026 the restroom/shower building in Campground A will be closed. A new restroom building will be installed during this timeframe. Portable restrooms will be available throughout the campground, and shower buildings in campground B and group areas will be available. Thank you for your patience as we make these park improvements for you!
Sonoran Sunset Stroll
Catalina State Park

Enjoy stunning mountain views and majestic saguaros on a leisurely sunset stroll. In this volunteer-led experience, learn about how the desert provides wildlife with shelter and vital sustenance. This hike will be on the Bridle Trail and the Canada del Oro Ridge Trail for about 1-mile round trip. The Canada del Oro Ridge Trail features short hill climbs and rocky sections. Consider bringing hiking poles for those with mobility challenges. Follow signs for "Picnic Area" and meet at the Picnic Area Ramada.
