Historic Preservation Grants are part of the Arizona Heritage Fund. In FY26, the Legislature allocated $1,000,000, 30% of which goes to Historic Preservation.

Applications accepted December 1, 2025 - February 1, 2026

Eligible Projects can include:

• Brick and mortar rehabilitation

• Historic surveys or studies

• Archaeological interpretation and stabilization

• Education and preservation program development

Eligible Applicants:

Non-profits, governmental entities: cities, towns, counties, tribal governments, and state and federal agencies

Applicants can apply for $10,000 - $60,000 and are required to provide 40% match.
