Boating

Roper Lake State Park invites all watercraft users to enjoy the lake, but we ask that you do so responsibly. That means ensuring that your watercraft meets all of the state's regulations for motorized and non-motorized watercrafts.

To learn more about the registration, usage, and what type of safety equipment you should bring, visit the Arizona Game and Fish's watercraft information page to make sure you have everything you need before you hit the water.

Please note, gas motors are not allowed to be operated on the lake.

The park does not rent watercraft.

BOAT RAMP

Roper Lake State Park has one boat ramp with boat trailer parking located on the east side of the lake. Visitors take E. Roper Lake Road into the park, and then after passing the Ranger Station/Park Store turn east at the turnoff.

NON-MOTORIZED WATERCRAFT

Non-motorized boats may launch at the boat ramp.
