The park's restrooms are currently closed due to a construction project on the wastewater treatment facility. Porta-potties and handwashing stations are available in the meantime. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the park experience for all our visitors.
No walk-ins, drop-offs or bicycle entries permitted: admission only by vehicle via the entry station.

Join us for a fun spring event to learn more about the Friends of Slide Rock State Park! Hear from a ranger about the historic orchards and the cycle of apples. At 11 a.m., Kathy Pendley will do a presentation inside the Apple Packing Shed. There will also be two bluegrass bands - "Beaver Creek Gals" and "Duck Pond" playing inside the apple shed. Picnics are encouraged at the North Orchard.
This event is free with park entry.

Apple Packing Shed Open House
Experience a piece of Arizona history. Get an opportunity to explore the Pendley Homestead Apple Packing Shed. A ranger will be available to answer any questions about the homestead history. Come and see the Bean Cutler 1933 Sorter and Bean Cutler Polisher added in 1946.
