Family Campout at Homolovi
Homolovi State Park
September 5-6, 2026
Arizona Family Campout weekends are designed for families with kids that have little or no experience camping. We welcome campers six (6) years of age and older. We will introduce you to fun experiences you can share with your family and inspire you to continue to explore the great outdoors from one of our campgrounds! You will learn how to set up a tent and an introduction to cooking outside, plus you will get to try some fun activities you can do while camping! No pets allowed.
Join us at Homolovi State Park, where we will be camping for the first time with the program! Kids will get to explore the Homolovi II site, try geocaching, make survival bracelets and do some stargazing in the Winslow-Homolovi Observatory at the park. This is a unique opportunity to explore the behind-the-scenes parts of this cool park in Winslow, Arizona. Click below and search "family" in the text box to register today.
