The park is under Stage 2 fire restrictions. No charcoal or wood fires. Propane stoves for cooking only. No smoking except in an enclosed vehicle.

 

The Cholla side of park (C,D, and E campgrounds and Cholla boat ramp) will reopen for the fall season at noon on September 1, 2025.

 

Construction is currently in progress on the lower B campground restroom. Portable restrooms will be available close to the lower B restroom. Please check at the park office for other facilities.

 

The main launch ramp dock is being moved to the low water ramp on Monday, July 21. There will be no dock available for public use until Tuesday, July 22 at 6 a.m. Thank you for your patience as we make these improvements.

Group Sites

Group: Camping Sites

One group camping area has a 60' x 20' ramada with one barbeque grill for use. There is a vault toilet, along with four chemical toilets located in the group use area. There is a $30 per day facility use fee for this area, and $25 per vehicle per night camping fee. This area can accommodate vehicles up to 60' long. A ramada camping area is also available for $40 per night for electric sites with shade ramadas.

There is also a second, smaller group camping area. It has a 20' X 20' ramada, chemical toilets, fire pit and large group grill. There is a $30 facility use fee for this group area, and a $25 per night per vehicle camp fee.

Group: Day Use Areas

The group day use areas have one 60 x 20' ramada with one barbeque grill for use. There is a $30 per day facility use fee for this area, and standard per vehicle day use fee. For reservations, call the park at (928) 669–2088.

We have one group ramada for day use, located in Campground E area, and at times the actual Group Use camping area can be used for a day-use event. Please contact the park for details.
