Lost Dutchman State Park
March 21, 2018 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Join your volunteer guide Jim Phillips on an exciting hike along Siphon Draw to Jacobs Crosscut trail and learn of the geologic features that make up the beautiful western portion of the Superstition mountains. Created millions of years ago by a volcanic eruption, this stunning range has fascinated geologists and drawn visitors to enjoy the area beauty for a number of years. The 2.5 mile (round trip) hike is fairly easy, although we ask that participants bring plenty of water for their adventure. Meet at the Siphon Draw Trailhead.
