Fire ban in effect: Propane grills and fire pits will still be allowed.

 

Hikers will not be allowed to begin the Hunter or Sunset Vista trails after 9 a.m. during heat advisories. Trails must be clear by 12 p.m.

 

The park is experiencing a water shortage. No filling will be allowed at the park.

VOLUNTEER

Picacho Peak is always looking for volunteers to help out. Be a camp host, visitor center aide, or help us keep up with maintenance; there's opportunities for anyone eager to learn.
