26th Annual Cochise Cowboy Poetry and Music Gathering

Come experience the best of Western music and cowboy poetry.

Once a year, the three-day Cochise Cowboy Poetry and Music Gathering brings the best of Western music, cowboy poetry, and storytelling to Sierra Vista and Southeast Arizona.

Artists from across the United States, Canada, and Australia converge in Cochise County for three headline performances, mini-concerts on Saturday, and shows in local schools. This year’s theme is ”Barn Dance and Western Swing.

Headline performances are 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 1 p.m. Sunday. Multiple poetry and music sessions are held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. All is located at  Buena Performing Arts Center, 5225 E. Buena School Blvd.

There will be a Barn Dance featuring Syd Masters & The Swing Riders on February 3,  4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Buena High School Gymnasium. Cowboy poets are 1 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday also.
