This standing or sitting practice moves your chi (energy), improving circulation, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Chi Gong has been part of healthcare in China for thousands of years. This style of Chi Gong (known as Shibashi) has Tai Chi dancelike movements that are graceful and meditative. Deborah Joya emphasizes inner focus and ease, and suggests modifications to fit your unique body. We will meet at the Visitor Center and practice in a variety of beautiful places in the Arboretum, inside in inclement weather. Wear walking shoes and flexible clothing, bring layers.

Tai-chi Chi-gong event again on February 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
