Yarnell Hill Memorial Site Board

The next Site Board Meeting will be on October 19, 2016. The agenda will be posted below.


Arizona Revised Code § 41-519.01 established the Yarnell Hill Memorial Site Board. The primary purpose for the board is to determine whether to establish a memorial site honoring the 19 members of the Granite Mountain Hotshot Crew that perished on June 30, 2013 in the Yarnell Hill Fire.

The Park is currently closed to the public while under development. There are no public roads or trail access available.

  • September 18, 2015 (3pm. at the Yavapai County Supervisor’s Office located in the County Administration Building at 1015 Fair Street in Prescott)
  • July 31, 2015 (1pm. at the Yavapai County Supervisor’s Office located in the County Administration Building at 1015 Fair Street in Prescott)
  • May 29, 2015 (3pm. at the Yavapai County Supervisor’s Office located in the County Administration Building at 1015 Fair Street in Prescott)
  • April 10, 2015 (3pm. at the Yavapai County Supervisor’s Office located in the County Administration Building at 1015 Fair Street in Prescott)
  • February 27, 2015 (3pm. at the Yavapai County Supervisor’s Office located in the County Administration Building at 1015 Fair Street in Prescott)
  • January 6, 2015 (3pm. at the Yavapai County Supervisor’s Office located in the County Administration Building at 1015 Fair Street in Prescott)
