Star Party & Holiday Toy Drive at Oracle State Park

Join us for an unforgettable evening at Oracle State Park filled with stargazing, food vendors, and a holiday toy drive!

Throughout the event beginning at 5:00 PM, enjoy some delicious fish & shrimp tacos from La Bufadora Food Truck. Then make sure to stop by Kettle Corn Bros for a sweet and salty treat. Both vendors will be set up at the ranch house parking lot. From 6:00 to 8:00 PM as the night sky deepens, astronomers will guide you through an exploration of the cosmos, offering a unique opportunity to observe celestial wonders through their telescopes.  This star party will also showcase Oracle State Park's new computerized telescope which will be projecting stunning views of deep space objects onto a wall of the historic ranch house. The group viewing projection area will be separate from the rest of the telescopes to ensure the projection does not interfere with optical star viewing.

In the spirit of the season, we’re proud to partner with Aviva Children’s Services by helping collect donations for their holiday toy drive. We invite attendees to bring a new, unwrapped toy to share joy with children and teens in foster care. A donation bin will be available in the ranch house for gift drop offs.

Come for the stars and leave knowing you’ve contributed to a brighter holiday for others. Don’t miss this chance to experience the beauty of the night sky and the warmth of giving.
