Join the Powderhorn Clan and Fort Verde Interpretive Association and find out what it was like to be a mountain man during the 1800's. Did you know that many famous mountain men like Al Sieber, Kit Carson, and Jim Bridger were all Army Scouts? Learn about the knowledge that made these men excellent Scouts for the military, and what it took to survive here as a mountain man!
No additional fee for the event, paid park admission is required.
