Victorian Ornament Making Workshop and Victorian Tea
Make your own Victorian ornaments to take home with you! And enjoy a traditional Victorian tea sitting in the park. Dressing up in your best period costume is encouraged!
Friday and Saturday, Dec. 7-8 and Dec. 14-15
5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Come join us as we host candlelight tours through the historic homes along Officer's Row. Enjoy our living history presentations with light refreshments to follow. Located inside the park grounds.

Camp Verde Christmas Parade of Lights
Located at Main Street downtown. Watch the lighted floats from local civic organizations, businesses, and neighbors. Kids can meet and greet Santa and Mrs. Claus immediately after the parade in the Community Center Gym!

Buffalo Soldiers and Vintage Baseball
Honor Black History Month with the annual commemoration of the Buffalo Soldiers at Fort Verde State Historic Park. Learn how the soldiers earned their name and helped settle the American West.

History of the Soldier
Experience a military timeline of our history, from the Revolutionary War to present day. Presentations, military drills, fashion show and a period church service Sunday morning. Camps, cannon and soldiers will all be at this annual event.

Fort Verde Days
Fort Verde State Historic Park celebrates Fort Verde Days with a flag-raising and lowering ceremony, living history presentations with the Buffalo Soldiers and Indian Wars period re-enactors, special presentations, a fashion show, cavalry drills and a vintage baseball game.
