Ornament-making Workshop
Fort Verde State Historic Park
December 7, 2024 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Get in the holiday spirit and join us for a day of Victorian ornament making!
We will be making the classic tussie-mussies, a once popular mini bouquet made to ward off disease and foul odors, which became a popular fashion statement by Victorian women in the mid 1800s.
In addition to that you can make a clothespin ornament, dressed up as a soldier, angel, snowman, or anything your mind can create.
Supplies will be provided.
Event is free with admission.
