Head to Payson for a Fun Fall Fundraiser at Tonto Natural Bridge State Park

September 17, 2025

PHOENIX – Tonto Natural Bridge will be offering its annual evening of food, wine, and fundraising during Taste at the Bridge on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The event will be held outdoors at the beautiful Payson park.

The event is organized by the Friends of Tonto Natural Bridge State Park, a volunteer group dedicated to supporting the natural wonder and the park that protects it. The event will include wine, whiskey and beer tastings, live music by Sol Deville, a gourmet menu from Rim Country BBQ featuring Chef Shane Lovett, and a charity auction to benefit the park. Arizona State Parks and Trails receives no taxpayer dollars for the operations of its parks.

Tonto Natural Bridge State Park was opened in 1991 and features picnic areas, the historic Goodfellow Lodge, and hiking trails that lead to the world’s largest natural travertine bridge spanning over Pine Creek. The bridge’s sheer size amazes, measuring higher than a 10 story building and longer than a football field. In the last two years, more than 120,000 people each year have visited the park to enjoy this Payson destination.

To attend the Taste at the Bridge, tickets may be purchased online for $100 each.
