Masks are required when visiting our ranger stations, restrooms, stores, or historic buildings. Please also wear a mask while recreating outside if social distancing cannot be maintained. The park is now open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

About the Courthouse

The two-story Victorian courthouse has been converted to a museum dedicated to the legacy of the west's wildest mining town. The museum's collection includes a license to operate a brothel and an invitation to a hanging.
