Now that I am here in Arizona what are some places to go and see this season? Come and hear Jack share with you some of the trips to make and things to see and do that he would recommend to enhance your winter’s stay. Here in southern Arizona, including day trips along the Santa Cruz to Tumacacori, Tubac, San Zavier, and Mexican food in Tucson; to Cochise’s Stronghold, Ft Bowie, Tombstone, Bisbee, Douglas, and the San Bernardino Ranch in Cochise County; the San Rafael Valley (where Oklahoma was filmed), Coronado Nat’l Monument, and Ramsey Canyon near Ft. Huachuca; to the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) and the Basha Cowboy Art Museum in Phoenix; and myriad other places further north and all around.
Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served. $15 per lecture. A portion of the proceeds supports our education and preservation programs. Please call for reservations and future dates, 520-398-2252.
