In 1906 Sharlot Hall came to visit the forests of northern Arizona and Arizona Lumber & Timber Company’s Camp One. Nikki Lober will share Sharlot’s words along with historic photos documenting northern Arizona’s turn-of-the-century logging lifestyle and show how the combined efforts of men, animals, and machinery turned raw timber into finished lumber that helped build the frontier community of Flagstaff.
