Earth Day and Arbor Day Celebration

Raptors, reptiles, riparian areas and so much more! You are invited to celebrate Earth Day 2019 at Red Rock State Park on Saturday, April 27th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
This family-friendly event will feature games, guided hikes, special presentations, crafts for kids, and environmental education exhibits and activities. Presentations include special guests Oak Creek Watershed Council, Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary and the International Raptor and Falconry Center. Spend the day learning more about our natural environment and enjoying the beauty of our park. We will have special guest booths from Astronomers of Verde Valley for a solar viewing, one pot planting with Sukyo Mahikari, and learn about dark skies and why they’re important with Keep Sedona Beautiful.
