Moonlight Hikes are among the most popular interpretive hikes at Red Rock State Park. Led by a knowledgeable naturalist, hikers get the rare opportunity to enjoy the sunset and moon rise from a park overlook and return by the light of the moon. The hike lasts two to 2 1/2 hours and covers a distance of approximately two miles. A $5.00 reservation fee is required in addition to regular park entry fees. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the starting time to insure participation. Program fees are non-refundable unless the park must cancel the hike after your arrival. Wear suitable clothing for weather conditions, close-toed shoes, bring water, and a flashlight.

*Registration closes the day before the hike. No new reservations will be accepted on the day of the hike.
