American Kestrel populations are declining throughout their North American range. Join the International Raptor & Falconry Center (IRFC) at Red Rock State Park for the installation of a new kestrel nest box. This box, along with thousands of others across the country, will be used to investigate population declines.
Representatives from IRFC will demonstrate box installation and conduct a formal presentation. Finley, an American Kestrel, will be in attendance, and the presentation will be followed by a guided bird walk through the park.
