Tubac Presidio State Historic Park Partnership Extended (Signing at the Presidio June 2)

PHOENIX - On June 2, 2016, Arizona State Parks, Santa Cruz County and the Friends of the Tubac Presidio and Museum will join together to celebrate their continued partnership for the management of the Park. Everyone is invited to attend this momentous occasion.
Since 2010, the three partners have worked together to provide maintenance, staffing and professional curation services at the park.
This partnership enables cost sharing of operations and maintenance of the park each year. The park stays open with revenue earned from admission from the approximately 12,000 visitors each year and gift shop sales. In addition, the park is staffed thanks to the countless hours donated annually by many generous volunteers.
What: Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) Signing Ceremony
Where: Tubac Presidio State Historic Park - Located 45 miles south of Tucson on Interstate 19 at at One Burruel Street in Tubac, Arizona.
When: June 2, 2016 at 1 p.m.
