Following your guide up the Siphon Draw Trail to Jacobs Crosscut Trail will lead you to the most westerly portion of the Superstition Mountain range. The rock formation was created millions of years ago by a volcanic eruption.  What kind of rocks will we find along the trail? Learn about the Superstition geology on this easy 2.5-mile round trip hike w/ approx. 250 ft. elevation gain.  Wear appropriate hiking shoes and carry at least 2 bottles of water.  Meet at Siphon Draw Trailhead.
