How does America’s largest ghost town celebrate Friday the 13th in December? In classic Jerome fashion, of course! This year, Unlock The Christmas Spirit as you wander the historic halls of the Douglas Mansion, decked with holiday cheer, in search of clues to solve a scavenger’s mystery inspired by the classic Victorian ghost story, A Christmas Carol written by Charles Dickens. Yuletide decor will drape the displays of old, retelling the era of a booming copper mining town in the late 1800s and early 1900s in a festive, family-friendly fair. Following your spell in the historic past, retrieve your reward for successfully unlocking the Christmas Spirit. 

Join us between Friday, the 13th of December through New Year’s Eve during regular park hours for this special event that is included with regular admission.
