Did you know that there are two types of geodes? Volcanic geodes are formed through volcanic activity and sedimentary geodes are formed through sedimentation. We’ll dig into all these details as you learn the craft of wool felting in creating your own colorful geode.

Shadows of the Past
Uncover the darker side of Jerome’s mining history in a guided tour through the Douglas Mansion, circa 1916, just beyond Hogback Cemetery. Join us for a living history experience, as we walk down the dimly lit halls of history to be transported back in time to the wickedest town in the west.
