9 a.m.:

The TaiChiEZ™ Vitality Series makes TaiChi easy, fun & beneficial right away. This practice includes movement, massage, meditation and breath all in one. The Vitality Series helps to create, improve or maintain your health and well-being. The 5 movements you’ll experience ‘meet you where you are today’ in order to enhance your health and well-being for all of your tomorrows. Come one, come all, no experience required.

11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.:

Healthy and Homemade; Kick the Processed Food Habit! with Jana Baldwin, livingbalancewellnessaz.com

Sample and learn to make tasty staples yourself, and quickly. We will be making a few everyday foods that are typically store-bought and highly processed. Making them yourself in a few minutes is easy, healthy, and fun. Plus, you know what goes into your food! $10 covers the cost of the samples you’ll enjoy – space is limited – register ahead of time

Therapeutic Garden Wellness - “Arthritis in the Garden – How to Lower Chronic Pain without Medications” with Shawna Coronado, shawnacoronado.com

Shawna has used garden therapy, an anti-inflammatory diet, and exercise to overcome the daily debilitating pain associated with Spinal Osteoarthritis. Shawna shows stunning scenes from her garden to illustrate how easy it is to make a few simple lifestyle changes for your own health so that you too can create remarkable personal results.
