Come meet Rich &Cindy Adams, Angie & Mike Dale, Clyde Waterman and other engaging volunteer guides at Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park, any day this month for an 11:00 a.m. walking tour.  Guides narrate the history of Arizona’s oldest and largest botanical garden, point out colorful plants and birds - and give their audience a deeper understanding of the Arboretum's purpose and mission. Guided tours are daily in January and February, then move to 10 a.m. in March-April. These relaxed walks spotlight 'phenology' and observe seasonal changes. Guides are knowledgeable naturalists who live onsite, they know what's new around Arboretum trails each week! Tours depart the visitor center breezeway at 11:00 am and are free with your AZ State Parks pass (included with $12.50 daily admission for others). Confirm other weekend events.
