Filming & Photography Permit Application
Commercial photographers, video production or film companies must complete a permit application to use Arizona State Parks as a location. Download the Permit Application and email the completed form to pio@azstateparks.gov. Personal photography permits are no longer required - this includes engagement, family photos, and graduations.

You will be notified when the permit application is approved. A special-use permit may also be required, which is managed by the parks directly. There is a $1 million insurance certificate required. For large scale project, please allow up to 30 days for the completion of the permit application and permit process. We will do our best to approve small, low impact requests quickly.
