10. Check out the shady ramadas along the Main Trail — some with display panels that will teach you about plants and the Arboretum's history. This ramada overlooks Queen Creek Canyon, with breathtaking views of the native Cottonwood trees below. And look uphill and to the left for a view of the Picketpost House mansion (recently acquired by Arizona State Parks: not open to the public).
